Crazy Egg- allows you to view where your customers are clicking within your website. It is very easy to set up, within 5 minutes. They have a free version for those that have less than 5000 visitors a month. I set it up on my first website tonight and look forward to seeing the results.
Fresh Egg uses this tool for all their clients. It is very useful knowlege for your business, it helps to know where your customers attention is drawn once they land within your website.
